Thelonious Monk.  My guitar teacher used to transcribe Monk’s piano playing and play it on guitar.  It was always incredible sounding.  Monk is the one jazz musician whose music I can really connect to on a meaningful level.  Not sure why, but something about it just gets to me.  Does anyone know if this picture is available as a large poster anywhere?
